MMS Signs Strategic Partnership to Unlock Value at GoldArc’s Leonora South Project

Perth, Western Australia – October 28, 2025 – Mineral Mining Services (MMS) is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic Letter of Intent (LOI) with GoldArc Resources (ASX: GA8). This landmark agreement moves beyond a traditional mining contract to establish a development partnership, providing a fully funded, low-capital pathway to production for the Leonora South Gold Project.

The innovative, two-phased proposal is designed to fast-track the project by fully aligning the interests of both companies. The partnership will commence with a Drill-For-Equity program, followed by a full Mine Development Joint Venture.

Under the proposed JV, MMS will be responsible for funding 100% of the development costs required to bring the mine into operation. Following the full recovery of its development capital from initial cashflows, all project profits will be shared on a 50:50 basis with GoldArc. Subject to execution of the JV agreement, MMS will also be issued 7.5 million listed options, further aligning both parties. This structure allows MMS to take a direct equity stake in the project’s success.

Mineral Mining Services Chief Development Officer, Emma Edwards, commented on the agreement:

“We’re excited to be partnering with GoldArc at Leonora South. It’s a quality Project in a proven gold district and a great opportunity to build something meaningful together. This marks the start of what we hope will be a long and successful collaboration, and our team looks forward to working with GoldArc to help bring the project into production.”

This partnership exemplifies MMS’s strategy of deploying both its capital and operational expertise into high-quality projects. This agreement showcases our flexible, value-driven solutions and positions MMS not just as a contractor of choice, but as a comprehensive development partner capable of turning exploration assets into profitable mining operations.
